AI Employee Service Terms

Payment Structure

Setup fees and monthly management fees are billed separately. Purchasing a setup fee does not replace the required monthly management plan.

Setup Fee

Setup fees cover business review, planning, personalization, setup preparation, workflow alignment, and the included setup appointment.

Monthly Management

Monthly management must be active for No Hustle Mom to continue managing the AI employee or AI team. Monthly management covers ongoing support, updates, adjustments, and continued management.

Coupon Terms

The coupon code SETUP500OFF applies only to eligible setup fees. It does not apply to monthly management fees, consultations, or other services.

6-Month Commitment Terms

If a customer uses the 50% setup savings option, the customer agrees to remain on the selected monthly management plan for six months.

The 50% setup savings option applies only to the setup fee. Monthly management fees are billed separately and are not discounted.

Setup savings do not waive or replace the monthly management requirement.

Cancellation Terms

Customers using the standard setup fee or the SETUP500OFF coupon may cancel monthly management according to the regular cancellation policy.

Customers using the 50% setup savings option agree to a six-month monthly management commitment. If they cancel before completing the six-month commitment, they may be responsible for the remaining commitment balance or the difference between the discounted setup fee and the regular setup fee, depending on the final policy selected by No Hustle Mom.

Refund Policy

Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins, including business review, form review, planning, preparation, personalization, or the included setup appointment.

Monthly management fees are billed separately and are subject to the monthly management cancellation policy.

Scope of Service

No Hustle Mom provides done-for-you AI employee setup and management. This is not a DIY AI tool, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or a human employee placement service.

AI employee support does not guarantee revenue, sales, business growth, lead volume, or specific results.
