No Hustle Mom, a brand of Kennedi Madison LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), provides digital products, programs, and coaching services. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Digital Products (Courses, Programs, Downloads)
All digital product purchases, including but not limited to:
- The No Hustle Blueprint
- The No Hustle Digital Lounge
- Any digital bundles, guides, or downloadable content
are non-refundable. Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued for: change of mind, lack of time or commitment, failure to implement the material, or perceived lack of results.
3. Coaching & Asynchronous Support
All coaching services, including single-session support, asynchronous consulting, and monthly coaching, are non-refundable once the service has begun. If a coaching service has not yet started, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Subscription Services (if applicable)
For any recurring services: you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time. Access will remain active until the end of the billing period.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Company. If approved, refunds may be partial or issued as account credit instead of cash.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us. If a chargeback is filed, access to all products and services may be revoked immediately and future purchases may be restricted.
